Governor of Samara Region (Russia) Visits EVOC Headquarters
With the rapid increase of Chinas economic strength, more and more Chinese enterprises have successfully gone global, and on the other hand, Chinese market has become the focus of world attention. At the initial stage of reform and opening-up, China was short of capital, and as a result, attracting foreign investment became an important task of the government. 30 years passed and things have changed dramatically: Now foreign delegations flock to China, looking for business partners to make overseas investment.

As a pilot city of the reform and opening-up, Shenzhen is one of the preferred targets of overseas investment promotion agencies. Shenzhen is favorable also because its high-tech enterprises represent China' s most cutting edge manufacturing techniques. Since the Hi-tech Fair in November 2009, especially since the beginning of Chinese Lunar New Year, many technological companies based in Shenzhen have received enquiries and requests for cooperation from an increasing number of overseas investment promotion agencies
